Katie Price Dropped By Online Bingo Site

An online bingo site has decided not to renew its association with UK model Katie Price. The decision is due to a change in its marketing strategy.

Despite calling Ms Price the "perfect professional" during their relationship with her, the company decided to move away from celebrity endorsements.

Simon Collins, commercial director had this to say: "The idea was to bring a bit of extra life to the online bingo space and shake it up with a fresh exciting personality. Katie was brilliant in that role, garnering plenty of press coverage."

He continued: “She proved a fantastic building block for us, helping shift perceptions of the brand and the image of bingo into the mainstream, creating a more youthful image."
